Python Script for Comparing Non-Clock-Like Triplets to Convergence-Divergence Models

The attached text file is intended to run in Python. Edge parameters are simulated from a 3-taxon non-clock-like tree and tested to see whether they are consistent with a 3-taxon convergence-divergence model. Similarly, epoch parameters are simulated from a 3-taxon convergence-divergence model and tested to see whether they are consistent with a 3-taxon non-clock-like tree.本附件附带的文本文件专为Python运行环境设计。边缘参数（edge parameters）基于3个分类单元（taxon）的无分子钟树（non-clock-like tree）模拟生成，并经检验以验证其是否符合3分类单元趋同-趋异模型（convergence-divergence model）。同理，时期参数（epoch parameters）基于3分类单元趋同-趋异模型模拟生成，并经检验以验证其是否符合3分类单元无分子钟树。
