Slaughterhouse cross-sectional series Loitokitok Kenya 2023-2024

Study overview This study used consecutive cross-sectional surveys in slaughterhouses of Loitokitok sub-county, Kajiado County, Kenya, to assess RVFV exposure, recent infections, and transmission intensity over a full year to characterize endemic transmission. Samples were also linked to post-mortem lesions to explore links between RVFV and lesions.
