Development plan Wandsbek 29 1st amendment Hamburg

The Wandsbek 29 Development Plan Act of 27 September 1971 (HmbGVBl. p. 200), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 503), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Wandsbek 29 zoning plan" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added: "3. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
