Stratégies résidentielles et choix de localisation en France (ELIPSS 2015)

L'enquête Stratégies résidentielles et choix de localisation en France (SRCLF) a été proposée par une équipe de sociologues dirigée par Mirna Safi (OSC). Administrée en octobre 2015 pendant la phase pilote du panel ELIPSS, elle porte sur le choix du quartier et les stratégies résidentielles des Français. Elle s'intéresse plus particulièrement au degré auquel la composition ethno-raciale des quartiers (Safi, 2013) est un des déterminants du choix de la résidence. Cette enquête permet d'étudier les mécanismes sous-jacents à la ségrégation des populations immigrées en France. L'objectif est de relier les préférences en termes de composition du quartier aux attitudes individuelles et en particulier au degré d'hostilité à l'encontre des populations minoritaires. Le questionnaire aborde de nombreux aspects des stratégies résidentielles telles que la scolarisation des enfants, le rapport aux habitants du quartier et les projets de mobilité géographique, auxquels viennent s'ajouter des interrogations sur la satisfaction personnelle par rapport à l'habitat et la perception de la société française. The Residential strategies and housing choices in France (2015) (SRCLF) survey was proposed by a team of sociologists led by Mirna Safi (OSC). Administered in October 2015 during the pilot phase of the ELIPSS panel, it focuses on the choice of the neighborhood and the residential strategies of the French people. The focus is on the degree to which the ethno-racial composition of neighborhoods is one of the determinants of the choice of residence. This survey makes it possible to study the mechanisms underlying the segregation of immigrant populations in France. The aim is to link preferences in terms of neighborhood composition to individual attitudes and in particular to the degree of hostility towards minority populations. The questionnaire addresses many aspects of residential strategies such as school enrollment, reporting to neighborhood residents and geographic mobility projects, plus questions about personal satisfaction concerning the habitat and the perception of French society.
