This dataset contains whole exome sequencing of genomic DNA from mice injected with AAVs expressing Cre-dependent CRISPR-SaCas9 machinery. Targeted (GFP+) and non-targeted (GFP-) cells were sorted using FACS from tissue punches from experimental mice (sgTh) and control mice (sgRosa26). The purpose of this experiment was to determine any significant off-target indel mutations.
