BAC end sequence of Haliotis discus hannai

In order to develop resources for positional cloning and cytogenetic mapping of Pacific abalone, a BAC library was generated and the clone ends were sequenced.

为开发适用于太平洋鲍（Pacific abalone）位置克隆（positional cloning）与细胞遗传学图谱绘制（cytogenetic mapping）的研究资源，本研究构建了细菌人工染色体文库（Bacterial Artificial Chromosome library，简称BAC文库），并完成了克隆末端的测序工作。
