<p>This data set includes the traffic light nodes (light signalling systems) in Cologne (location, LSA number, district, load carrier, blind signalling, LOC.id and MAPs).<br /> Additional notes: These are the locations of light signalling systems. The location reflects the relevant intersection of traffic flows, the location controlled by a control unit of a light signalling system. The control range of a system can cover a larger area with a distance of up to 75 m from this point. The attribute ‘MAPEM’ describes whether the control scope of the system is stored in the Mobilithek as a publication via MAPEM (MAP extended Message). The corresponding MAPEM data of the supplied light signal systems can be retrieved in the Mobilithek under Details Data Offer - Mobilithek.info - Mobility Data Germany LSA--MAPEM Data Collection--Cologne--C-IST. The attribute ‘LOC.id’ describes whether the pedestrian fords contained in the MAPEM on systems equipped with disabled systems also have LOC.id functions. The source of the data is the inventory of light signal systems at the Office for Traffic Management of the City of Cologne. The data will be updated at the beginning of each year.</p>
