Supporting data for the manuscript on a complex supergene system in the ant Myrmecina graminicola

The three files are supporting data for the manuscript entitled "Genomic evidence of a complex supergene system linking dispersal to social polymorphism". A full explaination on the data acquisition is provided in the manuscript (in press). Mona_et_al_supergene_myrmecina_PCR_RFLP_genotypes.xlsx = data file containing the information on the individuals screened using PCR RFLP SuppTable.Gene_candidates_blast_res.v2.xlsx = Functional annotation results of the genes found in the hemizygous locus controlling the wing polymorphism. Results are obtained by blastp on the ClusteredNR database (version August 2025), and blastp on UniProtKB reference ptroteomes + Swiss Prot (version August 2025), and blastn on Dfam release 3.9 wing_locus.gff = Annotation of the hemizygous locus controlling the wing polymorphism, using multiple complementary approaches.
