Structural characteristics of phosphorus solubilizing bacterial communities in rice rhizosphere soil

Taking the rhizosphere phosphorus solubilizing bacterial community of rice as the research object, high-throughput sequencing of alkaline phosphatase genes (phoD) and bioinformatics analysis were conducted to discuss the changes in the community structure of rice rhizosphere phosphorus solubilizing bacteria and their main environmental impact factors. It is hoped that by analyzing the key phosphorus solubilizing bacterial groups that affect the effectiveness of rice rhizosphere phosphorus biomass, a theoretical basis will be provided for the actual use and management of rice rhizosphere phosphorus fertilizer.
