Characterization of the metabolome of three fungal isolates, Fusarium sp., Pseudothielavia sp., and Pseudophialophora sp. grown alone (axenically) and in the presence of seeds of the invasive grass Eragrostis lehmanniana and co-occuring native grasses Eragrostis intermedia, Bouteloua curtipendula, and Leptachloa dubia.
