As part of the MICRO project and the Championship of Standstill series, in this edition the relationships between music-induced human body motion and the fractal features of human movement were explored. The analysis and results from the study are compatible with embodied music cognition and sensorimotor synchronization theories, and provided further evidence of the movement inducing effects of groove-related music features and human response to sound stimuli. The 2015 and 2017 versions have been archived under NSD number NSD2878-1 and NSD2878-2.
