Five nuclear alignment files

Nucleotide alignments in "FASTA" format from five regions that differ between golden-winged and blue-winged warblers obtained from Sanger sequencing. Each file contains a short sequence for four individuals, two with sequence from chestnut-sided warblers (with associated Cornell University Museum of Vertebrates [CUMV] tissue numbers), one sequence from the putative hybrid, and one from Vermivora warblers. The Vermivora warbler sequence is a consensus sequence from the 24 resequenced genomes presented in Toews et al. 2016 (Current Biology) using the "mpileup" command in SAMTOOLS.
