SMEC Groundwater Surveillance of endemic swine pathogens on Iowa swine farms via dead-end ultrafiltration

This dataset contains original raw data from a study on groundwater surveillance of endemic swine pathogens on Iowa swine farms via dead-end ultrafiltration. The .csv file includes site number, number of pigs on site, sample collection date, sample collection information, flow rates, results of environmental sample polymerase chain reaction for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and influenza a virus of swine, water sample collection information, and water quality results from the sampled farms. This data can be utilized to evaluate dead-end ultrafiltration sample collection methods from the study, results of environmental Swiffer pads assessing environmental contamination from porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and influenza a virus of swine, and to assess water quality found on forty swine farms in Iowa.
