This layer of polygons consists of a selection of plots belonging to public planners, social landlords, communal properties and properties of Rennes Métropole. The parcels have been identified by queries relating to the attribute “name of owner” for the following owners: • the municipalities of the Metropolis; • municipalities owning land in another municipality (other municipality value); • Rennes Métropole; • the Departmental Council of Ille-et-Vilaine; • the Brittany Region; • the State; • public planners — Territories, S.P.L.A.(Société Publique Locale d’Aménagement), SADIV (Société d’Aménagement et de Développement d’Ille et Vilaine); • social donors — Espacil Habitat, Espacil Residence, Aiguillon, Habitat 35, Family housing, HLM Les Foyers, ICF Atlantique, OPH de Rennes Métropole; • the public land establishment of Brittany: EPF • Safer Brittany: SBAFER • The Diocese • SNCF network The plots are from the June 2021 ICP vector and land data as of 01/01/2021.
