Epigraphic Dataset of Lusitania

Supporting data for the research article: “Exploring the interplay between Gods, Devotees and Spatial Networks in Lusitania”

This repository contains a dataset of variables and results for network and spatial analysis of cult sites, their benefactors and gods in the Roman province Lusitania. Lusitania covers the south and centre of modern-day Portugal from south of the Douro River to part of the western part of Spain. 

The dataset includes data tables of cult sites, inscriptions, benefactors, and gods. Additionally, it contains georeferenced vector data of sites, as well as figures from the research article.
