Cotton SE Atlas provides an interactive single-cell, spatial-transcriptomic and spatial-metabolomic map covering callus, globular, torpedo and cotyledonary stages of upland-cotton somatic embryos, enabling query and visualisation of marker-gene expression and metabolite patterns across >13 cell types.棉花体细胞胚图谱（Cotton SE Atlas）提供了一套交互式单细胞、空间转录组学（spatial-transcriptomic）与空间代谢组学（spatial-metabolomic）综合图谱，覆盖陆地棉体细胞胚的愈伤组织、球形胚、鱼雷形胚及子叶胚四个发育阶段，支持对超过13种细胞类型中的标记基因表达模式与代谢物分布特征进行查询与可视化。
