适用于所有规上工业企业在每月统计局要求上报企业产品生产产值数据时使用，通过系统采集企业原始数据运用算法规则可以通过数据采集方式变革，企业报表、台账由平台自动生成，有效提升了数据的不可篡改性、操作的不可抵赖性，切实增强企业基础规范。同时，将平台自动生成的电子台账作为统计核查、执法的原始依据，实现企业统计人员交接不断、工作不乱，提升政府管理和服务效率，更好为中国式现代化省域先行提供高质量统计数据和高水平统计服务。采集自开发系统自行产生数据，产值计算基于动态单价校验与多层级关联计算的综合算法，通过逐步补全单价数据，确保产值计算的完整性和合理性。系统按以下规则动态获取单价：若台账中存在当月相同产品编码销售开票数据，则直接采用计算，产值=∑该产品的开票金额/∑该产品的开票数量*产品产量；若实际销售单价缺失，则使用填列的不含税销售单价计算产值等于产量*手工录入单价；若无相同编码产品均价，则参考使用同类产品均价，产值=∑同类产品的开票金额/∑同类产品的开票数量*产品产量；若同类产品均价仍无法获取，则回溯至产品/同类产品历史单价（如最近三个月的数据）。在单价确定后，系统基于产品编码、自定义产品分类、行业小类和产品类别的层级关系，逐层进行多层级关联计算，最终完成准确的产值估算。

This dataset is applicable to all industrial enterprises above designated size when submitting their product output value data as required by the Statistics Bureau each month. By collecting raw enterprise data through the system and applying algorithmic rules to reform data collection methods, the platform can automatically generate enterprise statistical statements and ledger records, effectively enhancing data immutability and operational non-repudiation, and effectively strengthening the standardization of enterprises' basic statistical work. Meanwhile, the electronic ledgers automatically generated by the platform serve as the original basis for statistical inspection and law enforcement, ensuring uninterrupted handover processes and orderly work for enterprise statistical personnel, improving the efficiency of government management and services, and better providing high-quality statistical data and high-level statistical services for provincial pilot initiatives for Chinese-style modernization.

The data is collected from self-generated data of the development system, and output value calculation is based on a comprehensive algorithm integrating dynamic unit price verification and multi-level associated calculation. By gradually supplementing unit price data, the integrity and rationality of output value calculation are guaranteed. The system dynamically acquires unit prices according to the following rules:
1. If there is sales invoicing data for the same product code under the current month in the ledger, directly apply it for calculation: Output Value = Σ (total invoicing amount of the product / total invoiced quantity of the product) × product output;
2. If the actual sales unit price is missing, use the filled tax-exclusive sales unit price for calculation: Output Value = product output × manually entered unit price;
3. If there is no average unit price for products with the same code, refer to the average unit price of similar products: Output Value = Σ (total invoicing amount of similar products / total invoiced quantity of similar products) × product output;
4. If the average unit price of similar products is still unavailable, trace back to the historical unit prices of the target product or similar products (e.g., data from the past three months).

After the unit price is confirmed, the system performs multi-level associated calculations layer by layer based on the hierarchical relationships among product codes, customized product categories, industry sub-categories and product classifications, and finally completes accurate output value estimation.
