mRNA profiling of BLS type DLBCL cells comparing with conventional DLBCL cells. The former were sorted from bone marrow and the latter were isolated from pleural effusions by using magnetic microbeads coated with anti-CD20 antibody after loaded onto a column. The goal was to determine the global genes upregulated in BLS type DLBCL. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, BLS type vs.conventional DLBCL cells. Only one sample in each group due to limited tumor cells.
