DSP RNA profling using the whole transcriptome atlas kit was performed on a tissue sample perior to immunotherapy from a patient with head and neck cancer. Differential expression and gene set enrichment analyses were performed on the TLS and GC structures of a whole tissue to identify differences between the TLS and GC structures.
