De novo transcriptome assembly of stinging catfish (Heteropneustes fossilis). Heteropneustes fossilis transcriptome

Indian air-breathing stinging catfish (Clarias batrchus) is a facultative air breather. It inhabits polluted water bodies and often faced by high environmental ammonia and hypoxia. In this study we have performed the transcriptome sequencing of both control as well as ammonium chloride treated samples. The differential expression pattern of the genes are studied in this study.
