This dataset targets the Hanjiang River Basin in the north-south transition zone of China, and collects annual sediment concentration data from major hydrological stations within the basin from 1950 to 2018. It includes 22 hydrological stations, and was primarily developed through standardized processing, analysis and comprehensive integration of collected and organized historical hydrological yearbook materials. The dataset contains annual and year-by-year sediment concentration data, with a total of 64 data records and a size of 305 KB. All data are fully open and shareable.
