Included datasets were generated in the study "Sequence-specific capture and concentration of viral RNA by type III CRISPR system enhances diagnostic" by Nemudraia et al., 2022Addgene plasmid #105621 purified from E.coli DH5a strain was digested with cyclic oligoadenylate-activated nucleases Can1 from Thermus Thermophilus (WP_011229147.1), Can2 from Archaeoglobi archaeon JdFR-42 (JGI:2730024700) and NucC from Clostridium tepidum (WP_195923598.1). Plasmid fragments were sequenced with Nanopore platform to identify cut sites location and sequence preference.
