资源简介:
Real-time deformability data of primary human skeletal stem cells and the human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63

The MG-63 cell line is used as a model system for human skeletal stem cells (SSC). See references [1] and [2] for more information. The file names follow the pattern "[sample]_[flow rate/reservoir]_[repetition]_[date].rtdc", i.e. the file "SSC_32uls_rep1_20150611.rtdc" contains human skeletal stem cell data measured at a flow rate of 32µl/s - it is the first of two repetitions.

This is a subset of the data used by Xavier et al. [1] to quantify the stiffness of MG-63 and SSC cells. Herbig et al. [2] used the 16µl/s data in section IIID to illustrate linear mixed model analysis.

References
[1] M.
