Data for "Discrete simulations of fluid-driven transport of naturally shaped sediment particles"

There are three folders:
data: contains raw data and the corresponding matlab (.m) files to make the figures used in the manuscript
program: contains the code for the DEM-LBM simulations, as well as some examples (flume simulations). See readme.txt for how to compile the code and run simulations.
videos: contains the two SI videos
