该数据资源依托重庆市一体智能化公共数据平台，基于行业监管数据治理形成，记录因违规行为被列入黑名单的自然人信息，在自然人授权前提下，可支撑重点行业对从业人员信用管理和信用风险防控。

This data resource, developed based on the Chongqing Integrated Intelligent Public Data Platform and formed via industry supervision data governance, records the information of natural persons included in the blacklist for violations. With the prior authorization of the involved natural persons, it can support key industries in conducting credit management and credit risk prevention and control for their practitioners.
