De-identified Audit Data from 200 UK Aesthetic Clinic Websites

This dataset contains de-identified record-level data from a structured, timed audit of 200 patient-facing aesthetic clinic websites identified through UK listings. The unit of analysis was the patient-facing website or domain. The audit examined concern-led navigation, treatment and procedure information, risk and suitability wording, pricing, booking and consultation pathways, practitioner visibility, practical information, contact routes and question-first access. Supporting Google PageSpeed and Lighthouse indicators were also recorded. Clinic names, domains, URLs and other identifying fields have been removed. The accompanying audit codebook documents the coding rules and field definitions. The calculation workbook reproduces the published percentages and combined measures and includes quality-assurance checks. The sample was sourced from filtered Google Maps listings and is geographically concentrated. It is not statistically representative of all UK aesthetic clinics.
