Anopheles coluzzii whole-genome sequence, and multiplexed shotgun genotyping reads of An. coluzzii, An. merus, and backcross progeny. Anopheles

These sequence reads were generated for QTL mapping of backcross progeny of An. merus and An. coluzzii. We created multiplexed shotgun genotyping reads (genome digested with the Mse enzyme) of the backcross progeny, and of the parental species. We also created a standard genomic library (not Mse digested) of An. coluzzii.
