This file contains taxonomic assignments for AmpliconNoise-identified OTUs (98% cut-off). Taxonomic assignment of OTUs was performed using the CREST classifier with Silvamod reference database.
Sequence counts (sheet 1) and taxonomic and functional classification (sheet 2) of genus-level taxa based on SSU rRNA reads. Classified using Silvamod taxonomy (CREST) and exported from MEGAN.
Additional file 19. eight2seven.R. Custom-written R function that converts the dada2::assignTaxonomy() output from eight to seven taxonomic levels for compatibility with downstream applications.
