We conducted a comprehensive genomic characterization of the cisplatin sensitive A2780 ovarian cancer cell line compared to A2780cis, its resistant derivative. The data includes eXcision Repair-sequencing (XR-seq) to map cisplatin repair,RNA-Seq to characterize gene expression and ATAC-Seq to detect changes in chromatin accessibility. We performed XR-seq, RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq in A2780 and A2780cis cells treated with 200μM ciplatin for 3h. XR-Seq: 3 A2780 replicates, 2 A2780cis replicates RNA-Seq: 3 replicates for each condition: A2780 control, A2780 + cisplatin, A2780cis control, A2780cis + cisplatin ATAC- Seq: 3 replicates for control samples, 2 replicates for cisplatin samples
