甘青地区主要家养动物表型数据甘肃省白银市靖远县（2021）

为描述青藏高原及周边地区主要驯化动物遗传多样性的分布格局，厘清其相关遗传背景，并建立相应的遗传资源库。2021年5月子子课题3在甘肃省白银市靖远县开展家养动物遗传资源调查与采集工作。本次科考共采集当地滩羊耳组织156份、山羊耳组织44份、藏羊耳组织25份，共计225份。同时记录了个体的体长、体高、体重、出生日期、采集日期、年龄、性别等信息，拍摄了个体照片，并通过问卷调查的方式获得了饲养方式、饲养食物情况等信息。

To characterize the distribution patterns of genetic diversity of major domesticated animals on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding regions, clarify their relevant genetic backgrounds, and establish corresponding genetic resource banks. In May 2021, Sub-project 3 conducted a domestic animal genetic resource survey and sampling in Jingyuan County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province. A total of 225 samples were collected during this field investigation, comprising 156 ear tissue samples from local Tan sheep, 44 from goats, and 25 from Tibetan sheep. In addition, information such as body length, body height, body weight, date of birth, collection date, age, and sex of each sampled individual was recorded, photographs of each individual were taken, and data on breeding methods and feeding conditions were obtained through questionnaire surveys.
