Direct download service (WFS) for the dataset: Zoning of minimum manure storage capacities - Normandy

The amended Ministerial Order of 19 December 2011, defining the 5th National Nitrates Programme, laid down the minimum manure storage capacities that each farmer must have. In its Annex 2 (Part I), the Order specifies the required capacity according to several criteria. One of the criteria corresponds to the geographical location of the livestock building to take account of agro-pedo-climatic contexts. Geographical areas are based on the map of small agricultural regions, which are themselves divided according to municipal boundaries. Each municipality in the vulnerable zone of Normandy is thus included in zone A or zone B of the national division.
