Ludwigia grandiflora subsp. hexapetala and Ludwigia peploides subsp. montevidensis plastome reads

MiSeq (Illumina) and GridION (Oxford Nanopore) genomic sequencing were performed. For Ludwigia grandiflora subsp. hexapetala both sequencing were carried out while only GridION for Ludwigia peploides subsp. montevidensis. These reads served for the assembly of plastomes of both species. Data in this study are original reads mapped to each plastome.
