Virus Pathogen Database and Analysis Resource (VIPR-BRC) is a dedicated bioinformatics resource center for bacterial and viral research. It provides comprehensive datasets for infectious disease studies involving bacteria and viruses, alongside advanced bioinformatics tools and analysis workflows. The database integrates diverse data types such as genomes, proteins, genes and others, to facilitate the scientific community’s understanding and combatting of infectious diseases. This platform is funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a constituent institute of the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH).
