In this study, we report the first chromosome-level genome assembly of Myrica nana. The genome was generated by integrating PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing and Hi-C technology, resulting in a high-quality assembly of 294.06 Mb with a scaffold N50 of 36.14 Mb across 8 chromosomes. Genome annotation identified 30,665 protein-coding genes and 40.04% repetitive sequences. The assembly exhibits high completeness, with BUSCO scores of 98.53% for the genome and 97.03% for the annotated gene set.
