Whole-exome sequencing of MMTV-R26Met triple-negative breast cancer mouse model

This project presents whole-exome sequencing (WES) data from the immunocompetent MMTV-R26Met mouse model of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The study aims to investigate the genomic landscape and heterogeneity of this TNBC mouse model, including somatic mutations, copy number variations, and mutational signatures across multiple primary tumors and syngeneic grafts, with the goal of assessing the relevance of this model for studying TNBC characteristic features.
