Wind and Wave Data in the Adriatic Sea

This file consists of data measured every 3 hours for an 8 minute duration (a wind sample is taken every 6 seconds and sea height every 0.5 seconds) wind speed and direction, sea height with an improved DATAWELL/5000 wave gauge. Data were measured during time with wave height greater then a half meter. These data were gathered from five stations in the Adriatic from 1978 to the present, and are available in IOF and GF3 formats.
