Whole genome sequencing of Pseudogymnoascus destructans, the fungus causing white-nose syndrome of bats, and six closely related non-pathogenic species of Pseudogymnoascus. The goal of the study is to provide a framework for comparative genomics in the psychrophilic Pseudogymnoascus genus as well as identify potential pathogenicity factors in P. destructans.
