This dataset contains the complete classification of 125 research articles addressing the topic of energy conversion system (ECS) design for manufacturing companies. The classification bases on the ECS design framework published by Ganschinietz, C. (2021). Besides the classification presented by two matrices (landscape and portrait), the Excel-File also contains the empirical analysis summarized in the associated paper.
