Feline Leukemia virus - envelope gene from Chilean domestic Cats

This study was developed in Chilean domestic cats, with the aim of evaluating the diversity of env gene in FeLV provirus, using the traditional sequencing method (Sanger) compared with short and long-read next-generation sequencing methods (Illumina and Nanopore) in order to examine sequence diversity and recombination between exogenous and endogenous FeLV with higher precision than previously possible.
