Sequencing 16S rRNA gut microbiome human

16S rRNA sequencing associated with the microbiome of hypercholesterolemic subjects and controls (normocholesterolemic), with the aim of establishing the possible differences in the microbial composition between these two study groups. The determination of the differences of microorganisms between these two study groups will allow to relate the impact of these microbial agents with cholesterol metabolism in humans.
