Mitochondrial genomes of Freshwater and diadromous fish of Iberian Peninsula. Freshwater and diadromous fish species

We produced a reference database of mitogenome sequences of freshwater and diadromous fish species from Iberian Peninsula. This database was built to increase the species mitogenomic information available to be used as a reference database on environmental DNA studies. The mitochondrial genomes were assembled using Novoplasty or Getorganelle and annotated with Mitos2 and tRNA-Se.
