Investigation of the relationship between teachers' salary and their educational performance

This dataset contains survey responses collected from 304 educators working in primary, secondary, and tertiary education in Greece. The survey investigates factors related to educational quality, job satisfaction, and the role of educators in school performance. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire distributed online using Google Forms, consisting of six parts: demographic information, job satisfaction scale (JSS), factors affecting education quality, conditions defining the educator's role, factors influencing student performance, and factors influencing educator performance. The data have been coded and prepared for statistical analysis.
