FHOG data for the Top 10 regional postcodes for the 2013-14 financial year

The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is administered by the State Revenue Office pursuant to the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 (the Act). The FHOG scheme was introduced on 1 July 2000, to encourage and assist purchasers with the acquisition of their first home and to offset he effect of the introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
