The retirement savings simulator database integrates information obtained from financial simulation exercises applied to university participants from Universidad Tecnológica de México and Universidad del Valle de México, with the purpose of analyzing savings decisions, financial planning, and economic expectations related to retirement. The collected information includes variables associated with expected income, retirement age, savings habits, perceptions about pensions, financial knowledge, and projections of retirement fund accumulation. This database will support the development of econometric analyses aimed at identifying the factors that influence young people's financial preparedness for future stages of their economic life cycle.
