One- and two-dimensional solid state NMR spectra of 40-residue amyloid-beta fibrils that were seeded with amyloid-enriched extracts from brain tissue of Tg2576 mice, which had been treated with two different synthetic fibril polymorphs (2F and 3F polymorphs) or with brain material from aged Tg2576 mice. The contents of each folder are described in the README.txt file. These solid state NMR data appear in a publication by R. Gomez-Gutierrez et al., entitled "Two Structurally Defined Abeta Polymorphs Promote Different Pathological Changes in Susceptible Mice".
