Fluorescence Enhancement Measurement of hydrophobic components and polysaccharides in sediment exposed to oil and dispersant

This dataset contains marine aggregate stain pictures from mesocosm treatments of seawater control, WAF (water accommodated fraction of Macondo oil), CEWAF (chemically enhanced WAF through adding Corexit), and DCEWAF (diluted CEWAF) using a Fluorescence Microscope during the period of August-October 2015. Briefly, different dyes were applied to sediments to highlight different components and capture the size and intensity variations between treatments.本数据集包含2015年8月至10月期间，通过荧光显微镜（Fluorescence Microscope）拍摄的海洋团聚体染色图像，这些图像源自4组中宇宙（mesocosm）处理实验，分别为海水对照组、WAF（墨西哥湾原油水容组分（water accommodated fraction of Macondo oil））、CEWAF（添加科立适（Corexit）的化学强化型WAF）以及DCEWAF（稀释型CEWAF）。简言之，实验中向沉积物施加不同染料，以高亮显示不同组分，并捕捉各处理组间的粒径与强度差异。
