Data

The data available here contains the vocabulary of 12-mers (12-mers.txt), the checkpoint of DL-TODA saved at epoch 14 (ckpts-14.data-00000-of-00001 and ckpts-14.index), the list of  genome accession IDs along with the corresponding species labels for testing (testing_genomes.tsv) and training (training_genomes.tsv), the input file for generating Figure 5 (testing-set-ncbi-cutoff-0.0-species-prediction-scores.tsv) and the results at the class taxonomic level obtained from running DL-TODA, Kraken2 and Centrifuge on the human oral and cropland soil metagenomes (human_oral_metagenome.xlsx, soil_metagenome.xlsx).
