Biological Modification of Pentosans in Wheat B Starch Wastewater and Preparation of a Composite Film

We isolated a wheat pentosan-degrading bacterium (MXT-1) from wheat-processing plant wastewater. The MXT-1 strain was identified using molecular biology techniques. We then analyzed the degradation characteristics of the bacteria in wheat pentosan and related properties of pentosan-chitosan composite film after degradation.本研究从小麦加工企业废水中分离得到一株降解小麦戊聚糖(Pentosan)的细菌（MXT-1）。采用分子生物学技术对该MXT-1菌株进行了鉴定。随后分析了该菌株对小麦戊聚糖的降解特性，以及降解后戊聚糖-壳聚糖(Chitosan)复合膜的相关性能。
