Satisfaction survey of participants in the Running Programme for Madrid

Study of satisfaction of users with the Running for Madrid program, within the programs included in Sports on the Street, provided by the City of Madrid in collaboration with the Madrid Athletics Federation and the Madrid Mountaineering Federation, through the analysis of the results obtained by conducting a survey sent to all users of these services to their email inviting them to participate. This program aims to promote the activity of running autonomously, through running sessions and offering runners the basic knowledge for it. The objective of this study is to analyze the profile of the people participating in the survey as users of the activity of Running in Madrid that is taught outdoors by the Municipal Sports Centers and to know their opinion, expectations, needs and satisfaction, through the realization of various questions related to the services offered (registrations, teachers and activity). In this way, areas or actions that need improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the City of Madrid for 2019-2023: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient public management, participatory and transparent.
