Gene expression profile at single cell level of murine B cells from different compartments of naive young adult mice

In the context of understanding thymic T cell selection facilitated by local B cells, we sought to compare thymic B cells with their counterparts from other compartments in naive young adult mice. B cells from spleen, inguinal lymph nodes, bone marrow, thymus and blood (each pooled from two mice) were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq (10x).
